The machine is a kind of advanced pressure molding equipment,which applies to vulcanization molding of various rubber products as well as press molding of bakelite and thermosetting materials.

The machine has such advantages as compact construction,fast mold-closing,slow mold-locking,automatic exhaustion,automatic and fast mold-opening and a higher degree of automation.

The equipment has the following characteristics:

1.The oil circuit adopts collective loop with compact construction and few piping.

2.It has a high unit pressure and a high precision of products dimension.

3.It adopts Yonghong FATEK PLC automatic control system to control the whole technological process.It has such common functions as automatic exhaustion,automatic pressure compensation and automatic mold-opening etc.as well as correct and reliable in operation.

4.The hydraulic part is fueled by low-pressure large-flow pump and high-pressure small-flow pump separately,which is safe,reliable and saves energy.

5.It adopts KmTBMn5W3 wear resistant white cast-iron as the material of its plunger,which is durable.

The machine is mainly composed of four systems:Master machine system,Temperature control system,Hydraulic system and Electrical control system.
