Three-roll calender,can substitute two-roll calender for producing sheets directly.It is featured by attractive appearance,compact construction,small floor area,convenient operation and high efficiency etc.

The three-roll calender,whose three rolls are arranged in "I" form and work simultaneously and formed in one piece,consists of speed regulating motor,speed reducer,coupling,frame,chassis,roll adjusting gear,glue retaining device,cooling and heating device,roll and transmission gear etc.

The three bowls-the upper bowl,middle bowl and lower bowl are installed on the frame with the bearings,and can be adjusted for roller spacing with the roll adjusting gear.The middle bowl is a drive roll,which is connected by duplex chain through chain wheel and chain wheel of the reducer.While the speed reducer and speed regulating motor are connected by belt drive.The drive roll and the two other rolls are connected by gear transmission.Start the traction electromotor,switch on the controller of speed regulating motor,and regulate the speed button of the control,then the complete machine will begin to operate.The speed regulating motor can be regulated to the desired speed according to the requirement of technics.

The interior of roll is equipped with jet cooling or heating pipe and the upper bowl is installed with cooling or heating unit.The whole cooling and heating system can turn on steam or cooling water to regulate the temperature of roll at any time.

The alloying chilled cast iron,used as the material of roll,with abrasive machining on its surface,is therefore of high hardness and high-wearing feature.

There is a glue retaining plate between the upper bowls and lower bowls,which is used to adjust the glue retaining spacing and control the breadth of film.
