Detailed Product Description
It is used for Plasticizing or Mixing of rubber and for mixing of various of rubber stock with plasticizing plastic materials.
The machine is mainly consisted of main motor,pressing feeding device frame,mixing chamber and rotors,speed reducer,air control system,tilting device,heating and cooling system,belt drive device and debplate and so on.
The difference between dispersion mixer and normal mixer is there is no lower ram.The discharge application is finished by means of tilting of mixing chamber up to 140 degree with front rotor as the tilting axis.The tilting of mixing chamber is driven by motor through cycloidal speed reducer as well as worm and gear pair.The mixing chamber is supported by frame,on which the pressing feeding device is fixed.The upper ram of pressing feeding device is driven by air cylinder,as a result,to apply certain pressure on the rubber stock.
The mixing chamber,rotor and upper ram are coupled with heating and cooling system.The applied water volume is regulated by means of valve.Please pay attention to a fact that the inle and outlet pipe connection for cooling water should be opposite to that for steam.
The drive of rotor ,which is driven by motor through belt,speed reducer,friction gear to make rotors counter-rotate under certain speed ratio.
The end seal of rotors are coupled with seals of tilted teflon contacted with alloy ring.This seal device is free of lubricating oil.
