Application:cut the whole tyre into crownsidewall and inner ring.

Structure and principle:The machine is composed of frame,rotating structure,supporting frame,cutting tool structure and so on.

The basic principle:choose inner ring of tyre as supporting point and fixing inner ring on supporting frame.Fix tyre on the supporting frame firmly through adjusting structure of supporting frame;running at a lower speed through deceleration transmission structure;install cutting tool on the table panel of the machine. Intake and retrograded the cutter arbitrarily according to the requirement.Move the cutter and cut in the tyre when the tyre is running at a low speed.In this way the tyre is cut open smoothly.Water pump is needed to shot cooling water at cutting point so as to cut easier and make the cutting tool cooled.
